Electric Vehicle (EV) Charger Rebate. As a JOEMC residential member, you can receive a rebate of $250 when you purchase and install a Level 2 electric vehicle (EV) charger for your home. The qualified EV Charger must be new and bought and installed during the program year (the program year began January 1, 2023).
